Asked about returning an item because the sticking was off. I had the product in my possession for a couple weeks before trying it on. I got a lecture from Shiela saying I should always try my clothes on when they arrive and its been over 30 days since my purchase. I didn't question her since she said she'll go ahead and send a postage stamp even though I was out of the time frame. After I got off the phone, ended up noticing that I called her WITHIN my 30 days! I then replied to have a supervisor call. No, they never called. I got the stamp, but I am not dealing with this company anymore. They've lost my business. You sit there and lecture me when you are the one mistaken....and then don't call me back? I will buy my products from somewhere else that can actually treat me as a customer.
Great selection, but the staff was very unfriendly. Followed us around, glaring, like they thought we were thieves or something. They made us very uncomfortable, we won't be back.

Stopped in while driving to the badlands. Awesome help and great service. Got a nice hat for my son, he was all smiles the rest of the trip.
