First of all, let me say that Dr. Mulligan-Witt is a knowledgeable individual; she is both helpful and personable. However, because of the location, she is stretched way too thin with her obligations and that makes getting an appointment with her next to impossible. In addition to that frustration, the office staff at the clinic have proven time and again to be rude and inefficient in just about every way possible. I don't feel, as a patient, that I need to disclose my every need (as in why I am scheduling an appointment) to a secretary -- and as far as office operations are concerned, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing a majority of the time. If Dr. Mulligan-Witt were in a different location, with different office staff, I would have no issue in seeing her...but instead, my family and I make the commute to Pierre and will continue to do so for our medical needs.
Very unhelpful people. Any question we ask them and thier answers are always wrong. And they always play dumb. I can go on for days. If anyone wants to know more private message me. Cause I can't sit and list it all or I be still typing into next week.
