Worst funeral home ever! The owner planned for my family to meet up at the funeral home and then load our deceased loved one into the vehicle and follow behind all the way to the funeral location. First of all, the worker had no idea what was going on and did not meet us at the funeral home, as planned. Second, he left the whole immediate family at the funeral home with no communication from either him or the funeral director. The procession started with out the family, so most missed that. Which this was important to all of us. On top of that when we finally get to the funeral location and I asked the worker why or who gave him the go ahead, he tried to argue with me! Like I was in the wrong! Oh don't let me forget. . . They hauled our loved one in a beat up old SUV!! WITH A SPARE TIRE TIED TO THE TOP!!!! I DO NOT recommend this poorly run, unorganized, no compassion for the grieving, unprofessional business! They totally failed and made my time of grieving worse than it should have been. The owner even complained to us about her money situation. Really??! Bad business ethics. If you have another choice, do that! I suggest not ever using this place!
