I'm giving 1 star for poor customer service. Not knowing Stephanie was part of New Directions, I accidentally called their office twice to find out what their rates are, and if they have a monthly payment option, versus paying at every office visit. The first time I called, the woman I spoke with seemed really sweet and friendly. The second time, the woman I spoke with was rude and short with me, to the point of hanging up on me as I was mid-question. I have to reiterate that I didn't know Stephanie also belonged to New Directions, or I would not have called to ask the same questions again. So I called back again, and this time, the first woman I had spoken with answered, and that's when it dawned on me that I had called them twice (and now a third time). I mentioned what happened with the other lady, and she said, "Oh sometimes the phone does that." Riiigghht. Poor excuse for a coworker with an ugly attitude.
