Food was good but the timeliness of their service could be better.
Stopped here as we were moving far away from Nebraska and wonderful Runzas! The food is good--Runzas are yummy. Service was poor. Multiple mistakes on our order. Management needs to up their training for a better customer service review. Great food doesn't make up for poor service.

Was driving through town and their sign "world famous burgers". I was disappointed, I could have received the same burger for less at McDonald's. Staff was very nice and the place was pleasantly clean. If you're going to advertise world's best burger make them in house not frozen small patties.
They don't have Runza in Tennessee so we have to hit it at least twice when we visit. They make their ranch dressing so don't be afraid to pour it on everything! Delicious!!
